Early check-in can be possible for a small fee, but it will depend if I have a guest checking out the day you arrive. If I don't you will be able to check in early but I will have to confirm with you the day before your arrival date since the apartment has to be cleaned the evening before or early in the morning.

However, if I do have a guest checking out, you will be able to drop off your bags at the apartment after 12:00 PM and come back as soon as the apartment is cleaned and ready for you. In this case you will not be charged an early check in fee. 

Bathroom: Bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, tissue paper, hairdryer, shampoo & soap. 

Kitchen: Coffee, sugar, powdered milk, silverware, plate ware, pots & pans & utensils to prepare meals. Drinking glasses, wine glasses and coffee cups are also included. NOTE: Coffee machine takes both ground coffee (included) and K-cups (not included).

Essentials: Iron, ironing board, paper towels, garbage bags, broom, mop, fire extinguisher & first aid kit. 

Beach Essentials: Beach chairs, beach umbrella & beach towels. 

Smart TVs: There is a Smart TV in both the bedroom and living room. 

Laundry Room: In the rear of the property there is a laundry room with a washer & dryer. Washing detergent & bleach is in the cabinet for your use but you will need two dollars in quarters for each machine. Use the key marked "Laundry" in your apartment to unlock the Laundry Room. Laundry Room is not available to guests between 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM daily.

There is an assigned parking space at the property for a small nightly fee. You can chose that option when booking your apartment and registering your car with you licesne plate number. The other option is street parking with hourly rates of approximately $3 per hour.
